RevvedUp is an account-based marketing platform for B2B sales teams. A campaign takes in leads, researches each account, generates copy in the seller's own language, and runs the outreach across email and personalised buyer rooms — pages built for a single prospect rather than a segment.
We joined in 2022, brought in to raise the existing team's ability to deliver, and took the product to its next level.
The challenge
The roadmap was not the bottleneck.
The product direction was clear and the market was moving quickly. What was missing was throughput — the team could not get features out at the pace the roadmap assumed, and the gap was widening rather than closing.
Fixing that meant working on two things at once: shipping the features that were already overdue, and changing how work moved through the team so the next set would not stall the same way.
The solution
Delivery capability first, features on top of it.
We worked inside the existing team rather than beside it — raising the standard of what got merged, tightening the path from branch to production, and making the codebase one that a new feature could be added to safely.
On that footing we built out the product itself: campaigns and multi-step sequences, CRM integration, and the workflow engine at the centre of it that enriches a lead, researches the account and generates the messaging. We also built the React page builder behind the personalised buyer rooms, along with the templating that lets a sales team reuse a sequence or a page without rebuilding it.
The platform runs on Fly.io with Sidekiq Enterprise for background work and OpenSearch behind its search and reporting.
Outcome
A team that ships.
Delivery moved from a constraint to something the roadmap could be planned around, and the product grew into the AI-driven platform it set out to be.
